Introduction
To further support the wider adoption of the Culturally Responsive Education Benchmarks in preschools, it is significant to build a Community of Practice (CoP) of culturally responsive teaching in early childhood education. This CoP involves a diverse range of professionals, including educators, social service professionals, school leaders, expert teachers, and multicultural teaching assistants. Such a community shares good pedagogies and practices among teachers, school leaders, and school social workers and fosters a cross disciplinary peer support network.

In addition, one project school shared its strategies for supporting NCS children in learning Chinese as a second language, as well as the roles and contributions of Multicultural Teaching Assistants (MTAs) in facilitating culturally responsive education. Through these sharing sessions and peer interactions, participants were inspired with new ideas, enriched their professional knowledge, and collectively advanced the practice of culturally responsive teaching.
